Over the years we've taken our time to test, bake and handcraft the best calzone the East coast has to offer.

Our homegrown bread recipe uses only natural ingredients measured to a science that Bill Nye would be proud of.  And what makes it taste so good is we let these elements rest for a 5 hour rise followed by a 12 hour proofing period. This lengthy process gives our dough the most flavourful and lightest consistency possible. Hold on, ain't nobody got time for that.

Well, we do! We use this old technique alongside culinary's state of the art ovens so we can cook your meal fresh and fast. Our dough is accompanied by high quality fixings like house smoked chicken, dry-cured meats, fine cheeses, fresh vegetables and delicate preserves without the artisan prices. Ensuring our product satisfies both your taste buds and your budget.
